Option 1 - Internet Services The quickest and most cost effective way to get up and running! For a monthly fee you can utilize the software on the IBM server located at our facility through a standard Internet connection. This connection is totally secure with our state of the art firewalls and Virtual Private Network (VPN) connections. Completely HIPAA compliant with only your staff able to access your information, you receive all the technical and software support you need to be online and operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This option does not require any up front hardware or software costs!
Option 2 - In House System For clients who prefer to have a server at their location, MSS will install an IBM server at your location and set up all the necessary hardware and software needed for your operations to run smoothly. This will include any internal and external communication devices that you might need. MSS will provide periodic software support and updates as needed. MSS can establish a monthly fee that lets you avoid paying a large initial amount to purchase hardware and software.
Option 3 - Services For clients who require more than software. MSS offers a wide range of services and support for our clients. We have extensive background providing incentive based billing services and can customize our services to meet the type of support you need. Additionally, for a monthly fee we provide services to clients who only require a portion of the billing process completed for them. Whatever your needs might be, MSS has the flexibility and expertise required to keep your practice running smoothly.
